The foundation of any care plan is patient information and history. E-Care begins when you enroll and provide detailed information. We collect and analyze your current wellness information, the primary and secondary diagnosis, and usage of both prescription and integrated medicines.
Once you are enrolled, a member of our Medical Team reviews your medical information in full. You may receive an e-mail from a member of the team, discussing your diagnosis and providing some medical guidance, common sense directions, and on-line sources for more information concerning your condition.
A member of the Medical Team will immediately contact patients with chronic pain issues, or severe wellness concerns, which may require immediate attention by the Patient's Primary care physician.
When you file your insurance claim, you will answer three Wellness questions with a "Yes" or a "No." This gives us an indication of your present state. This also signals us that you require follow-up care.
A Member of the Medical Staff will review your medical file. You may receive a follow-up e-mail, or telephone call from a member of the Medical Team to discuss your progress, note any changes in your condition, and provide you with personalized guidelines to achieve a healthy life.
You may file your benefits claim electronically either in the privacy of your home, or at any TMC Partner or Affiliate in the USA.
