Q. Is this an insurance Plan?

A. No, it is a Tele-Medicine E-Care Plan recognized and approved by your current insurance carrier.

Q. Who can benefit from the E-Care E-Plan?

A. Patients whose illnesses are treated using alternative medicines, supplements, and vitamins, or who are seeking wellness through alternative modalities.

Q. How can I sign up for the E-Plan?

A. Sign up here on this web site and it is FREE. Once you sign up you can print your Membership card with your number.

Q. How does the E-Plan work?

A. You enroll on this web site and become a patient. Our Medical Team reviews your information. A Doctor or member of the medical staff will contact you and suggest a course of Wellness using alternative supplements of your choice. You will indicate to us of the need for a follow up consultation after you purchase your supplements and file a claim for services at home on line, or at any USTMC Partner in the US

Q. What do you mean by filing a claim?

A. You file a claim with us for the costs of your supplements. We supply you with our E-Care plan. Your insurance company is billed for the E-Care Plan and you will receive a portion of your out-of-pockets costs as a refund.

Q. How do I file the claim?

A. Simply click the "File A Claim" button on this site and you will be linked with our medical billing processors. This is easy: Once on that page you enter your USTM Membership number exactly as it reads on your Membership card, select the type of Alternative or Integrated Supplements you purchased, input the quantity and what you paid – that’s it, it’s done.

Q. How much does this cost?

A. Nothing. It is FREE.

Q. What happens after I file a claim?

A. You will receive an email confirmation of the claim filed with the claim ID number. Within a few days, our medical team will contact you for follow up care and we will send you the refund within 20-45 days.

Q. How often can I file a claim for the Care Plan and the Supplements that I purchase?

A. As often as you need indicated by your state of health and agreed to by our physicians.

Q. Are Insurance Companies required to pay for my E-Care Plan?

A. Yes. Most insurance carriers recognize the cost savings they enjoy because of patients medicating with alternative medicines. Many patients experience a reduction in their use and reliance of expensive chemical brand name or chemical generic prescription medicines.

Q. Will I lose my health insurance if I file claims for use of Integrated Medicine or Supplements?

A. No. Alternative and bona fide medicines are recognized if used in a Care E-Plan administered, approved and monitored by a physician.

Q. Are all insurance companies accepted in this program?

A. Yes, all commercial, private and certain medical insurance policies may apply.

Q. Are insurance companies required to pay for alternative medicines or supplements?

A. Not all and not yet. However they are required to pay for the care you receive while using alternative supplements in a care E-Plan and directed by a physician.

Q. What type of coverage do I need to receive reimbursement?

A. You need a Medical Plan in order for your claim to take effect – A PPO is best. If you have an HMO it would be wise to obtain a letter of reference to US Tele-Medicine Care, or the payment process may take months. See “What You Should Know” under the File A Claim tab on this web site.

Q. How much money will you reimburse me?

A. That is based on each policy and each insurance company. There may be deductibles and limitations on you policy. Law prohibits us, from discussing your policy or its featured benefits.

Q. Is there a charge to register for the USTM E-Care?

A. No. There is no charge to pre-register and become a USTM Patient.

Q. What happens to my personal and Medical information?

A. By law, your information is stored in EMR and HIPPA compliant, encrypted and secure databases. By law we are prohibited with sharing your information with any source except your named insurance provider.

Q. How long does it take to submit a claim?

A. Once you pre-register you can file your claim in the privacy of your own home, or on this site, or at your MLM web site and at any Partner site in the nation.

Q. How much time is needed before my claim is settled?

A. Your claim is submitted to a national insurance clearinghouse within 24 hours of your submission. Most insurance companies settle claims between 20 - 45 days.

Q. Who pays me my benefits?

A. We do. You will receive a refund check from Tele-Medicine Care.

Q. What if I have questions or issues about my claim? Who do I call?

A. You may reach our Patient services desk by phone or email, during normal business hours (Pacific Time)

Q. Is this service Guaranteed?

A. We guarantee that we will provide you with Tele-Medicine E-Care and the attention of Medical Doctors and medical staff to provide you the best of care while using alternative medicines and supplements and submit claims on your behalf. We cannot guarantee or control the outcome of any insurance claim. That decision is strictly up to the insurance company.
