Shaolin Luohan Style Qi Gong (Shi San Shi Luohan) is a set of 13 postures/movements that was developed, after contemplating and imitating different forms and expressions of the famous 13 Luohan (Arhat) of Shaolin.
It belongs to the classic repertoire of Qi Gong exercises that are practised in the Shaolin Temple Europe. As presented in this video, the practice emphasises the development of better body coordination and increasing the sensibility of opposing and dynamic forces. Together with the other Qi Gong sets, this routine supports the development of a strong foundation for health and martial purposes.
Shi Heng Yi belongs to the 35th Generation of Shaolin Masters. He is the headmaster of the Shaolin Temple, where he teaches kung fu martial arts and methods to develop unity of the body and mind.
